~Weekend Wrap-up~

I'm a little late in starting as it has been a busy weekend here!  Bu here goes.

The best thing that happened to me this week was a wonderful dinner and evening with friends. The laughter and chatter and fun.

The worst thing that happened to me this week was finding out the cabinets were being delivered and we hadn't finished much of the kitchen projects.

The funniest thing I saw/heard/did this week were stories told about family antics and sharing some of my own.

The craziest thing I saw/heard/did this week was take a walk at lunch and even though the sun was out it was much colder than I thought.  I was determined to finish the walk, so when I returned to work my legs were just about numb from the cold...Everything else was well covered.  Silly me!

The thing I was most thankful for this week was the assistance of Roy and Laura in the work in the kitchen.  They have been a blessing!

Now, it's not too late for you to join Sue at In Him We Move And Live And Have Our Being for Weekend Wrap-up!
~~~^j^~~~
Thanks be to God!
  1. Thank you, Cathy, for joining in at the Weekend Wrap-Up! And I bet you WERE cold - even here in North Carolina it gets a wee bit nippy at times!
    Regarding your kitchen project: we remodeled ours last year. It was a mess during the process, but the results were darn well worth it. Our kitchen was a design nightmare from the 1970's - chopped up, lots of wasted space, tacky counters, awkward cupboards that were hard to get into - I even had to crawl IN to one of them to get things in and out. Literally!
    Now I can find anything I need quickly, I've got tons more counter space, the cupboards are beautiful and accessible... It took me months to stop grinning like a cheshire cat every time I walked into the kitchen!
    So hang tight - it will be worth it in the end!
